freedom of association 결사의 자유 
The committee requests the Korean government to continue to extend the right of association to all those categories of public servants who should enjoy this right in accordance with freedom of association principles. 
위원회는 한국 정부가 결사의 자유 원칙에 따라 이 권리를 누려야 할 모든 종류의 공무원에게 확대하라고 요구한다. 

trade union pluralism at the enterprise level 기업단위 복수노조
The committee requests the Korean government to speed up the process of legalizing trade union pluralism at the enterprise level with a view to promoting the implementation of a stable collective bargaining system
위원회는 한국 정부가 안정된 단체교섭체제의 실행을 도모하기 위해 기업 단위 복수노조의 합법화 과정을 서두를 것을 요구한다. 

full-time union officers 상근노조간부 
The committee requests the government to ensure that the payment of wages to full-time union officers by employers is not subject to legislative interference. 
위원회는 정부가 사용자의 상근노조간부 임금 지급이 법률적 구속의 대상이 아님을 보장할 것을 요구한다. 

essential public services 필수공익사업 
The committee requests the government to amend the list of essential public services contained in section 71 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations Adjustment Act (TULRAA) so that the right to strike is prohibited only in essential services in the strict sense of the term. 
위원회는 정부가 노동조합및노동관계조정법 71조의 필수공익사업의 범위를 고쳐 파업권이 제한되는 필수사업의 조건을 엄격히 할 것을 요구한다. 

third parties' intervention 제3자 개입
The committee requests the government to repeal the requirement, contained in section 40 of the TULRAA, to notify to the ministry of Labour, the identity of third parties in collective bargaining and industrial disputes. 
위원회는 정부가 단체협상과 노사분쟁에 관여하는 제3자의 신분을 노동부에 알리도록 요구한 노동조합및노동관계조정법 40조의 관련조항을 폐지할 것을 요구한다.
